Untitled

Michele de Benedetti is an artist. 3 works are cataloged here, principally at Victoria and Albert Museum.

Michele de Benedetti spent years sneaking into empty concert halls at night, just to photograph the abandoned chairs waiting for an audience that never came. He caught their shadows stretching like ghosts across polished floors, then printed the shots big and dark, so the chairs feel both lonely and strangely hopeful. You’ll see why if you look up his *Harmony*—a single chair turned sideways, its empty seat framed by a spill of light that looks almost like a halo.
