What paper do you print on?
Prints are giclée — pigment ink on enhanced matte art paper, produced to order by Prodigi, our fine-art fulfilment partner.
How long until I receive my print?
Prints are produced to order by our fine-art fulfilment partner, Prodigi — typically 2–5 business days in production, then 3–7 business days in US transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is free in the United States, with no minimum. We ship to most other countries at rates shown at checkout, but not to the EU or UK.
What sizes are available?
Each work’s buy box lists exactly the sizes available for it. Today the catalog is offered at 8×10″ ($39) and 10×10″ ($42); a work’s source image must survive enlargement before we offer a size, so the list is per-work, not universal.
Do I need an account?
No. You can purchase as a guest — Stripe collects your email and shipping address at checkout. If you create an account, your order history is accessible from your profile.
What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
Each order includes a digital certificate of authenticity, delivered by email, recording the work, its source collection, the paper, and the print date.
Can I return my print?
Every print is made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, report it within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund it — nothing to ship back.
