Pamela Howard

Pamela Howard is an artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at Victoria and Albert Museum.

Pamela Howard kept a studio in the same London flat for 40 years, the walls crowded with sketches of the Thames at dawn. In 2007 she contributed a delicate line-drawing to the Victoria & Albert’s 150th birthday album—no fanfare, just a single sheet slipped between heavy pages. If you’ve ever walked the river at first light and tried to hold the light in your hand, this is the drawing you’ll wish you’d made.
