Priori Garnery

Priori Garnery is a Romanticism artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at Victoria and Albert Museum.

Priori Garnery made hand-colored prints in the late 1700s, turning everyday scenes into portable art. Their only dated work, *H Beard Print Collection* (June 1796), shows a carefully observed animal or object—maybe a dog or a teapot—drawn with clean lines and soft watercolor tints. These prints were small enough to slip into a pocket or frame on a wall. Swipe to flip through the same design in different colors before it landed in the Beard Collection.
