Christos Kalogiros

Christos Kalogiros is an artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at Athens School of Fine Arts.

Christos Kalogiros keeps painting the Brooklyn Bridge from odd angles, like seeing it through a rain-streaked bus window at 4 a.m. He’s less interested in the skyline than in the bridge’s sooty cables and the way the lamplight turns the steel to liquid. The prints feel intimate, as if you’re holding the bridge in your palm: try *Brooklin bridge* (2020) and you’ll notice every rivet is a tiny echo of the whole steel hymn.
