Nicolas Corsi

Nicolas Corsi is an artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at National Museum of Art of Romania.

Nicolas Corsi had a habit of painting boats from the same Naples shoreline every afternoon, as if he were clocking in to work with the fishermen. You’ll notice the same blue shadows under the hulls in *Bărci pe mare (Napoli)*, but look closer: those colors shift with the hour, not the weather. His work belongs in Gallery Tiles because it’s the closest you can get to standing on that dock at 4:32 p.m., watching the light turn the water the color of old postcards.
