Oliver Matthew Laton painted Temple of Edfu in watercolour around 1860, a single sheet showing the Egyptian temple rising from papyrus-dotted banks. The sheet is signed in pencil with the artist’s name and date. Laton made no other works public. This watercolour is the only known piece by him.
