ILIAS KITSOS

ILIAS KITSOS is an artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at Athens School of Fine Arts.

Ilias Kitsos once spent a year photographing the same empty Athens parking lot at dawn, chasing how light could turn drab concrete into something quietly alive. He never titled the final shots, preferring the Greek word for “untitled” to do the work. If you’ve ever stood in a city before anyone else wakes up, you’ll recognize what he captured. Tap “Untitled (2009)” to see how absence can feel like a presence.
