Georgeta liked to carve shapes into wood, then press them onto paper until the ink rose like a stain. She turned simple prints into little stories—curved roofs, tilted windows, the way light hits a wall at the wrong angle. You’ll get it if you look at *Bizantină*: it’s a house with a crooked chimney, as if it’s leaning in to whisper something.
