Artist
R. Page

R. Page is a Romanticism artist. 3 works are cataloged here, principally at Victoria and Albert Museum.
A British printmaker active in the early 1800s, R. Page carved and inked everyday scenes and political broadsides that circulated fast and wide. One of them, H Beard Print Collection from February 1824, shows a London street corner buzzing with hats and coats; another from 1815 turns a public meeting into a tangle of sticks and flags. Flip to the same print series to see how the same artist framed the same city block month after month.
