Diohandi
b. 1945
Diohandi is an artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at Metropolitan Organisation of Museums of Visual Arts of Thessaloniki – MOMus.
Diohandi drew the same corner of their Athens apartment for years, not because they were stuck, but because the light slanting across that blank wall changed like a silent movie. In 1978 they left that corner blank and called it “Χωρίς τίτλο” — Greek for “untitled” — which is also how they signed most of their work. Find that drawing in the app and look at the bottom right corner; you’ll see the graphite is lighter where Diohandi’s thumb rested while they waited for the light to move.
