Milord Nicolae

Milord Nicolae painted flowers you could pick and bruise. He used real petals in his oils, pressing them into the wet paint until their colors bled like they were still alive. The resulting canvases smell faintly of garden decay—something the museum guards hate but visitors always sniff first. His series *Flori* turns bouquets into something between botanical study and bruised skin; look close and you’ll see where the petals cracked.
