The House of Mureșenilor (Casa Mureșenilor) is a memorial museum and cultural institution located in Brașov, Romania. Established in 1968, the museum is dedicated to the memory of the Mureșeni family, a prominent dynasty of Romanian intellectuals, politicians, and journalists who played a pivotal role in the cultural and political life of Transylvania. The institution serves as a repository for one of the most significant family archives in the region, preserving manuscripts, correspondence, and historical documents that chronicle the Romanian national movement. In 2006, the museum expanded its scope by incorporating the memorial house of Ștefan Baciu, transforming into a complex of memorial houses dedicated to major Brașov personalities.

The museum was officially inaugurated on May 27, 1968, following the donation of the family estate by the heirs of the Mureșianu family, specifically fulfilling the cultural testament of Iacob Mureșianu. The initiative was driven by Dr. Joe Gherman, a third-generation member of the family by marriage, who dedicated his life to realizing this vision before his death in the summer of 1967. The founding occurred within the context of the 1960s, a period marked by new scientific norms for museum organization in Romania and a state-promoted national cultural current. The opening ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials from the Brașov County Committee of the Romanian Communist Party, representatives from the State Committee for Culture and Art, and numerous cultural figures, marking the transition of the private estate into a public memorial institution.

The core of the museum's collection is the Mureșeni Archive, recognized as one of the richest and most important family archives in Romania. This archive contains extensive correspondence between the Mureșeni family and nearly all major political leaders of the time from Transylvania and other Romanian provinces, resulting from the family's fifty-year leadership of 'Gazeta Transilvaniei'. The collection includes numerous manuscripts by family members and their correspondents. A particularly significant holding is the documentation related to the history of the Romanian national anthem, 'Deșteaptă-te, Române!', which was created by Andrei Mureșanu, a member of the family. The museum also houses exhibits related to the family's editorial work and personal artifacts.
