Vulcan

Vulcan is an artist. 3 works are cataloged here, principally at Museum of Modern Art.
Vulcan made spare, geometric drawings using pencils, tape, and cut paper. Their untitled works from 1985–86 mix crisp lines with raw edges, trading color for quiet contrasts of black, white, and torn paper. The pressure-sensitive tape and felt-tip accents give the pieces a clean, almost architectural rhythm. Want to see how the tape lifts off the page? Tap Untitled (1986).
