T. Woodfall is a Romanticism artist. 3 works are cataloged here, principally at Victoria and Albert Museum.

This guy Woodfall lived in London around 1800 and spent his days printing the city’s daily life—posters, handbills, theater gossip—until his shop became the unofficial newsletter of the moment. He once ran off a flyer for the first public baths in Bath before they’d even opened, turning a wet dream into a hot story. Look for the Bath print from March 1804; it’s the size of a postcard but packs the whole Georgian spa town onto one sheet.
