Vera Marcu

Vera Marcu painted scenes from the Danube Delta in the mid-20th century. Her two known oils both anchor that landscape: “Răsărit la Tulcea” shows dawn over the water, while “Zbor” lifts the eye to a flock of birds crossing the sky.
