Adina Paula Moscu

Adina Paula Moscu is an artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at National Museum of Romanian History.

Adina Paula Moscu spent a single afternoon in 1978 painting a birthday gift: Nicolae Ceaușescu at the podium, his face set in the usual glow. She signed it “Adina Paula Moscu” in the lower-right corner before it was whisked into the presidential archive. The portrait never hung on a museum wall; instead it traveled by armored car to the Palace of the Republic. Slide into Gallery Tiles and look up the one work she left behind—“Tablou reprezentând pe Nicolae Ceaușescu ținând un discurs.” It’s a footnote you can hold in your palm.
