Aaron Marcus is an artist. 4 works are cataloged here, principally at Victoria and Albert Museum.

Aaron Marcus never met a grid he didn’t want to bend. The Brooklyn-born designer spent his days in front of a drafting table, erasing the straight line between math and magic. His 1972 print Polycycles is basically a Rube Goldberg machine drawn in fluorescent ink—circles that loop into other circles until the page starts to hum. If you’ve ever stared at a subway map that makes your head tilt, you already get his trick.
