Tabloul îi înfățișază pe Elena și pe Nicolae Ceaușescu la balcon salutând mulțimea adunată în Piața Unirii din Iași. Comandat de Comitetul Județean de Partid Iași și dăruit soților Ceaușescu în octombrie 1981.
