Vladu Tudor

Vladu Tudor is an artist. 1 work is cataloged here, principally at ASTRA National Museum Complex.

Vladu Tudor had a habit of signing his name on the inside of bowls like a shy confession. He left little else behind—no dates, no big shows—but his ceramics are full of surprises. Look at any of his flower-covered pots and you’ll spot the same little yellow cornflower tucked into the rim, like a secret signature. Grab a piece of his work from 1949 off the shelf and you might find “Nică? Oboga” scribbled inside, waiting for you to wonder who Niça was.
