Painted around 1590–95, these delicate Mughal portraits show Emperor Akbar and his court in full color and gold leaf. Each sheet captures a noble’s gaze and turban style with fine brushwork on paper. Look for Akbar wearing a red robe and for Prince Salim in a soft green cloak. The same year’s works include Asaf Khan and Bahadur Khan, all part of the same album tradition.
