Her 1943 print Consfătuire țărănească captured a village meeting under lamplight. In 1929 she carved Dans spaniol, a small wooden dancer, and in 1925 she paid homage to Manet with Compoziție cu nuduri. Look closer at the lamplight shadows in Piața San Marco to step into her quiet, precise world.
