Ender employs a stippling approach, applying dense clusters of small dots and dashes to generate texture and depth. The marks vary from sharp, angular strokes to softer, flowing lines, creating rhythmic patterns that echo musical notation without a staff. Natural hues drawn from outdoor observation expand the palette, reinforcing the work’s plein‑air sensibility.

After its creation, the piece entered the Costakis Collection, now housed within Momus – the Museum of Modern Art. It remains a documented example of Ender’s experimental research into peripheral colour perception and the correlation of form, colour, and sound during the early Soviet avant‑garde period.
