Lucian Grigorescu is a Romanesque artist. 33 works are cataloged here, principally at National Museum of Art of Romania.

Lucian Grigorescu painted quiet scenes of cities and coasts, mostly in oil on canvas. He left bright snapshots of Bucharest in Peisaj din București, tucked in the curves of the Dâmbovița, and the harbor lights of Cassis, both Peisaj din Cassis and Peisaj citadin cu mare. In 1921 he set Piața din Măcin under the Dobrogean sun for Peisaj dobrogean, and a few blocks away he framed the onion dome of Piața Sfântul Gheorghe (Bărăția) in soft afternoon glow. If you like these calm glimpses of place, tap Peisaj citadin cu mare to step into the painted harbor.
