Maica Domnului este înveșmântată în mantie cu maforiomul roșu sângeriu cu interiorul și sacosul roz-gri-bej. Pruncul Iisus Hristos este înveșmântat în brun-bronziu și albastru cobalt, cu aureolă. Fondul icoanei este cerul luminos-pal, împodobit cu elemente decorative, drapaje roșii, încadrând armonios tematica iconografică. Cromatica este vie, senină și luminoasă: roșu sângeriu, roz vermillon, alb, albastru cobalt, brun-bej, alb-ivoriu-crem, galben-ocru, alb, negru. Este o icoană din Mărginimea Sibiului.
