Walker is a British Romanticism artist. 16 works are cataloged here, principally at Victoria and Albert Museum.

An English watercolorist active in the early 1940s, this artist painted the spires, bridges, and inns of small-town England in quick, transparent washes. The Clock Tower, Fen Stanton and Hemingford Mill catch the light in 1941, while Nos 10, 11 & 12 Richmond Green, Surrey shows quiet façades in 1942. Tap Hemingford Mill to wander the same riverbanks they did.
