Icoană pictată pe lemn reprezentând pe Fecioara Maria cu Iisus în brațe și pe Sf. Neculai. Pe fond maro este prezentată Fecioara Maria în picioare ușor întoarsă spre dreapta, cu Pruncul pe brațul stâng, și Sfântul Nicolae în picioare, față, binecuvântând cu dreapta, iar cu stânga ținând Evanghelia. Atât Maria, cât și Nicolae poartă peste veșminte verzi-albastre mantii roșii.
